As an IT Services Sales Rep, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their technology challenges, and providing them with the best IT solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with commercial customers across the northeast US, identifying their IT and cybersecurity needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions to protect their businesses from cybercriminals.
  • Generate and follow leads to identify potential clients.
  • Meet planned sales targets and work towards achieving company growth goals.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our IT cloud services.
  • Prepare proposals and send documentation to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a solid understanding of the sales process and possess strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience as a Sales Representative or similar is a must and an advantage. In addition, the ability to learn new cybersecurity services/product and programs and explain in clear and concise terminology is essential.
  • Technical aptitude along with computer hardware, software, solutions and/or network knowledge.
  • Working knowledge of HubSpot/Salesforce or other CRM.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and highly motivated.
  • Reliable and honest with a strong work ethic.
  • Active listening and great communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus pay.
  • Commission pay.
Work Location: Office and Remote
