To provide information technology (IT), Maintenance and sustainment support to Electronic Security Systems (ESS) for the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery Naval Air Station Jacksonville Florida. Provide technical maintenance services and support for Lenel Security System currently owned by BUMED
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer support and program on-site for BUMED DET Jacksonville and provided service call by the by the next business day Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Provide:

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Provide customer support and program on-site for BUMED DET Jacksonville and provided service call by the by the next business day Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Provide:
- Emergency Service Calls
- System Troubleshooting& Diagnostic
- Component Repair Labor
- Provide comprehensive component coverage and provide replacement of failed system components
- Provide preventative maintenance for the Lenel security system components and perform all preventative maintenance testing in accordance with the manufacture’s recommendations and address areas that can adversely affect the systems performance.
- The Contractor shall perform a diagnostics analysis of equipment failures and restore components to full service per original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
- Response to service calls due to the denial of a standard service or operation of the system.
- Repairs to damaged, faulty, or offline components and restoration of lost communications.
- Coordination with the Government to sign-off on each resolved service call.
- Develop a Preventative Maintenance Inspection (PMI) strategy and document it in a plan.
- PMI scheduled tasks shall be performed on Wednesdays and Fridays, 8 am through 5:30 pm
Any of the following certification
- Min 2 yrs. hands-on experience with IT support services and customers support
